Many were arrogant, newbies, not passionate, and/or not knowledgeable. As we discussed negotiation details his advice was dead on. We learned that he is still in training classes – 16 years of experience and he is still both learning and sharing his knowledge.

We met or dealt with six or seven other people who were up-to-speed on our property and who exhibited the same openness and passion to sell our home. People were knocking on doors, sending emails, and refreshing postings for us. We had tens of thousands of views on our property from multiple sources. We felt like the team had our back.
Due to location, our home was a challenge to sell. A home that sells in three days does not require a skilled agent. Selling our home required a skilled agent and we got that with Michael and the rest of the Stern Team. I would recommend Michael Wolters and the Stern Team to family and friends and I would use them again.
