Josh Mondale and the Stern Team made the home buying process super easy! Josh went above and beyond to help my wife and I purchase our first home. As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions and Josh was always quick to answer and helped us understand each step in the process. He helped us find and get an offer accepted on an amazing home and helped us negotiate with the seller for repairs that needed to be done.
