This team does an amazing job of successfully getting clients under contract on the homes they want. In the current Salt Lake market we often see buyers making offers on 20 properties and still coming up empty handed. I never cease to be amazed at how successful the Stern Team is at successfully negotiating contracts. Often their clients end up with their first pick of homes. I have even known this team to go door to door in a specific area that is important to their client until they find someone willing to sell. They are the hardest working team I know.
