The Stern Team is first-class all around, with impeccable service and a winning formula for selling homes. This is our second time selling with Team Stern and even though my expectations were high from our previous experience, they exceeded them. Lee was leading our sale this time, and her feel for things was spot-on. The experience from her tenure in the industry is evident and she’s no messing around when it comes to working towards the goal. She didn’t hesitate to call out things we needed to do in order to prepare for the best showings, yet at the same time she was respectful of our time and schedule. Once we had offers on our home, she was thorough in explaining the pros and cons of each – which wasn’t always about price. The homework she did behind each offer was impressive which presented us with good information to make the right choice. Our home sold in the time frame we agreed and within the terms we required.
