I cannot say enough great things about the Stern Team (particularly Maritta Dalrymple)! They are incredibly genuine, very knowledgable, fairly priced, and they truly want the best for YOU so they work hard to bring that about. As first time home buyers, there were many things my husband and I did not know about, and Maritta navigated us through flawlessly. With her advice, we landed the perfect home that had 5 other competing offers. What’s more, whenever I have any questions (even 7 months post purchase), Maritta always answers them and stays in touch!! The Team also does fun things for customers, though we have not been able to go just yet. Basically, if you really want the right place at the right price, choose these guys who are reputable and amazing! You will be SO glad you did; I know that we are!!
