I am a first time Home buyer, and I cannot tell you how helpful, knowledgeable, and what a wonderful experience I had working With Emily Brace, any time I called her she ALWAYS picked up, she was more then happy to answer any and all my questions which was quite a lot,
Emily was incredibly patient , and with us every step of the way, even though it turned into an somewhat of a nightmare situation, (due to entities included in the closing process, uncontrollable by Emily or ourselves) Emily and the Stern team remained on top of EVERYTHING, and I’m so grateful to her.
