Eric Fontana did the job we hired him to do. He did it with a minimum of hassle, and on a tight schedule. We heard from him when it was necessary, and he left us alone when it wasn’t, unlike some people I have had to deal with. Overall, I think having Eric as our agent made the selling process as painless as we could have expected. Five stars.
