We had a great experience working with Ken Montague and his team while selling our Salt Lake Condo this month. The Condo has a tenant with a lease that runs thru June 2023 so I had little hope that it would sell quickly. Ken did not let that obstacle slow him down..he worked with the Property Management and the tenant. He had an Openhouse on Sept.17th and had the perfect buyer the following week.
