The Stern team was amazing when we bought our house. We moved from back East and had no idea what the market would be. We knew a little about what we wanted. Maritta and team did an amazing job to help us find our current home. They helped pick out some great houses to look at and then when we found our house were there to walk us through the offer process here in Utah. They explained everything we needed to know and what might be different from back East. They were at the signing and made everything flow smoothly. Maritta will definitely be our realtor for the next house and as long as we stay in Utah! We highly recommend Maritta!
