Stephanie Grable is hands down the best realtor we have ever worked with. Do NOT waste your time with anyone else! She thinks outside the box, is super proactive, her eye for staging is a huge key, she is well prepared with info and deadlines with continual reminders, she listens and follows through, and she communicates very clearly. Also, she KNOWS the market! Selling or buying a house can be so stressful and she basically became our life organizer during that time. She is amazing!!
