Salt Lake County: The average sale price in 2020 was $413,000, and the average days on market for homes was 34 days. This year, the average sale price for homes has been $515,000, while the average days on market for homes has been 18 days.
Utah County: The average sale price in 2020 was $382,000, and the average days on market for homes was 39 days. This year, the average sale price has been $489,000, and the average days on market for homes has been 17 days.
Davis County: The average sale price in 2020 was $374,000, and the average days on market for homes was 32 days. This year, the average sale price has been $472,000, and the average days on market for homes has been 13 days.
Tooele County: The average sale price in 2020 was $324,000, and the average days on market for homes was 41 days. This year, the average sale price has been $395,000, and the average days on market for homes has been 18 days.
Weber County: The average sale price in 2020 was $305,000, and the average days on market for homes was 37 days. This year, the average sale price has been $404,000, and the average days on market for homes has been 17 days.
As you can see from this data, the market is on fire. Year-over-year, the average sale price for each of these counties has risen between 22% and 32%.
