He’s also very approachable and made the whole experience comfortable for us. Furthermore, we shopped around for mortgage officers and found that the person Josh connected us with was able to give us the best deal, which is so imperative with today’s market.
Mandi was great with communicating each step of the process after our offer was accepted. She sent all the documents needed in a timely manner and really supported us with meeting our timeline.
