We recently sold our property with the help of Eric Fontana, who was our realtor with the Stern Team. We interviewed a few realtors prior to going with Eric. We chose Eric because his market analysis was accurate, he was warm and friendly and was not fear mongering or pushy. This sounds like a strange compliment, but I appreciated that he did not ask too many questions and pry about my private life. I would have happily shared my profession and such but he didn’t pry and that was nice. The sale of our house was slightly more complicated because there were 3 parties involved, with myself not living in Utah anymore. The communication with Eric was fantastic and he was very prompt in getting back to our questions. He guided us through the process every step of the way. Also, the Stern Team has a lot of resources that made the process very smooth. Eric was our Team lead and there were specialists that helped us along the way. Mandi was very good at communicating with us putting together the listing details and descriptions (though I’m sure she did much more than that behind the scenes), and their photographer took amazing pictures and put together a nice 3d walk through of the house. Eric also had great resources for us to draw upon including a competent and fair priced probate attorney, and a cleaning crew that worked fast and efficiently. I’m sure there could be much more to say but in the end Eric got us a competitive value for our home, was easy to work with, accessible and easy to communicate with, and followed through and completed all the tasks he said he would in the time frame that he set forth.
