I was really scared to try to purchase a home agree a really bad and costly experience that happened a year prior. I had got to know Rick Dalrymple a little through the year and really liked his demeanor and his honesty. He was always willing to answer questions but not be pushy. We found my grandma’s home back on the market, and wanted to bring it back into the family… good memories. We approached Rick and he and his team were right on it! It was bank owned this time and he forewarned us that it could take months for us to work with the bank who owned it. We weren’t in a rush so not a problem. He kept us up to date every step if the way. He even allowed us to include a letter about the meaning of the house to us in the offer. He was always there for us to text or call. Long story short, he and his team got us approved and we got the house. It was so painless compared to our previous experience. I highly recommend Rick and his team, they carry the traits I expect: honest, open, always answers questions, always on time, and high integrity!
