I absolutely loved our experience with the Stern Team! (Specifically Maritta) we purchased two homes with them and not once did I feel pushed or unheard. We were actually barely even thinking about the idea of buying a home when I filled out an online survey and my information was sent to three different Real Estate agents, all from different companies/teams. Maritta called me within 30 mins of me completing the survey, and although we didn’t know anything about buying a home and weren’t even Sirenia we’d purchase a home in the next 6 months, she encouraged us to start learning about the home buying process and agreed to teach us as much as she could. She was always very kind and professional. We ended up buying our first home about 4 months later. Again, they were never pushy and we took it at our own pace. I am so grateful to be out of the world of renting and I think we might still be renting if it hadn’t been for Maritta’s patience and encouragement. Our lives are forever changed for the better and we have new life long friends to thank for it. THANK YOU STERN TEAM!!!
