Wow. House sold before it was listed. Let that sit for a second. When I called the Stern Team, I was incredibly lucky that Stephanie Grable answered the phone! My situation was unique and she patiently listened to what my intentions were with selling our house. She set up an appointment right away to just talk us through our concerns.
