"This took me a minute to sit down and write because, honestly, moving across states and buying/selling homes is stressful! I was a first-time home seller and extremely nervous, especially after seeing a family member’s rough experience selling a home… nearby.
I met with a few realtors before Ken from The Stern Team, but none of them made me feel confident about the process. It took me a couple of months to get everything ready, and during that time Ken was always patient, kind, and quick to answer every question (and I had a lot!).
Once the photographer came in, I got nervous at how fast he was moving but when I saw the photos, I was blown away. They made my home look so incredible, I almost didn’t want to sell it!
We planned to list on a Wednesday, host an open house Saturday, and not allow showings until then. A few showings happened early due to scheduling issues and every single one of those buyers wanted to make an offer. One offered full asking price. We canceled the open house and the home sold in just a couple of days!
Even after closing, when I had a million last-minute questions while preparing to move, Ken remained as patient and supportive as ever. The entire Stern Team truly made the process seamless for me and as someone who stresses easily, I can’t thank them enough for that.
